To wear the Infiltration Squad Coat Of Arms on our backs we are telling the world that together we belong. United under a banner that says to the world that we are Good News Christians. Our aim, together, is to infiltrate the devil's territory as, together, are are All Priests Of The Underground. No leader except Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour! We are all simply Servants Under Command. Committed to praying for one another and for The Metal Scene both Christian and Non Christian.
The Patches of God's Squad and Bikers For Christ instantly tell the world that- Number 1 they are Good News Christians and- Number 2- that they are Blkers. Such is the aim of the Infiltration Squad for The Metal Scene world wide! Christian Metal Fans from all over the world have already joined the Infiltration Squad knowing that in being a part of this movement, together, will change the perception the Metal Scene has of the church & thus of Jesus Christ. It will also mean that as Metal fans often misunderstood & judged by other Christians and even our own churches & families, we can be assured that our brothers & sisters in the Infiltration Squad are praying for us. Together we can serve our churches despite any criticism of how we look, dress & what we love to listen to. As we serve our churches and families they will see past how we look & what we listen to as we, together, display the Fruits Of The Spirit in our lives. We will all go about joyfully serving and being openly ready to tell anyone that, Yes we are Christians and Yes we are Metal heads!

Why this Track List - By Steve Rowe.
When considering this Track List I came to the conclusion that I wanted to not only represent ground breaking songs for Rowe Productions & Christian Metal in general, but also present the Bands & songs that mean the most to me personally. I started Rowe Productions 17 years ago in 1994 & the label took off like a sky rocket from the very first day.
With Mortification I think "Priests Of The Underground" as a song, totally sums up Rowe Production & this Mission all in one go. Plus it was the first ever song Recorded Independent from Record Company Support. Recorded in my Hammer Of God Studio when I had it, & is on the Relentless Album which was the first ever Mortification Album released Independently, after working with Nuclear Blast as a signed Band for 10 years. Relentless is coming on re- issue through Soundmass this year- 2011.
The Beheadoth song is a Classic! Of course the first song Jayson Sherlock Recorded before changing the Band's name to Horde. Jayson was an integral part of Mortification Classic Lineup number 1. Recording & performing with Mortification from 1990 to late 1993. Jayson's drumming & song writing prowess is well displayed in ":Mine Heart Doth Beseech Thee (Oh Master).
Harbinger were a great Classic Heavy Metal Band. I really enjoyed the time they were down here in 1994 Recording The End Is Near. I really wanted to sign them. But as it happens The End Is Near is the only song that they ever Recorded before breaking up. When I came back from The US in 1995 after Recording Primitive Rhythm Machine I was looking for a new Guitarist for Mortification. i contacted the Harbinger Guitarist about joining before anyone else. He is a great player! But he did not wish to make the move to Melbourne from his home & work in Sydney. Soon after 18 Year Old Lincoln Bowen joined Keith Bannister & I on Guitar.
Ethereal Scourge were my favour ite Rowe Productions signing in 1996. There one & only Album Judgement And Restoration is The World's Only Ever Worship Death Metal Album! I spoke with Guitarist Asoka last year & he is looking at re- issuing Judgement And Restoration some time soon. A Band I would have loved continuing to work with. I remember vividly the day I was dianosed with Leukaemia in September '96 that Ethereal Scourge were in the studio here in Melburne with Mark McCormack as Produder. Mark told me that when they got the news they laid down all their instruments & prayed for me for the rest of the day!
Cybergrind is an important inculsion because Guitarist Mick Carkisle & Drummer Mike Forsberg both played at key points in Mortification. Mick was part of Classic Lineup number 1 with Jayson & myself & Mike Forsberg played drums on Brain Cleaner in 2004 with Mick Jelinic on Guitar. The last Mortification Album Recorded at Hammer Of God Studio with Mark McCormack again handling Production duties. Trascend displys Mick's talent in Song Writing & Mike's finese & speed behind The Kit!
Metanoia was my first ever Rowe Productions signing with their first Album In Darkness Or In Light now being a Christian Death Metal Classic. Accute Obliteration is one of those songs that immediately stood out at the time as being a Ripper! Metanioa were the only Band to fulfil a 3 Album contact with Rowe Productions. Even following my 2 years of extreme illness & nearly dying twice they stuck with me. Huge kudos to Metanoia for that!
Vomoth is an interesting black metal project by another drummer called O'neil who played in Cryptal Darkness before they became The Eternal. Under the guidance and Production of Jayson Sherlock Beyond The Gate is a Holy Unblack Metal Gem!
Grave Forsaken are definetly my pet Band from more recent years. Just meeting Vaughan Gregory some years ago, I met a guy who is The Real Jesus Metal deal! It was an honour to release the very first Grave Forsaken Album Beside The River Of Blood. I love Vaughan's Spoken Word style voocals on Buried Alive. The 4th Grave Forsaken Album Fight To The Death out on Soundmaass is A Jesus Metal CLASSIC! In my Top 25 Christian Albums of All Time. It is a great to know that I was a part of launching such a great Ministry Band!
Psycoma is a compelling slab of Jesus Power Metal. Their Album .....Of The Mind is still available via Soundmass. When I knew that Lincoln Bowen was leaving Mortification due to work & family commitments following our 2001 Mortification world tour, Adam from Psycoma was the first Guitarist I asked to join Mort. Adam also did not wish to relocate from Sydney. Whilst on Tour on the US leg of our World Tour I met Canadian Guitarist Jeff Lewis who of course came to Australia to play on The Mortification Relentless Album with me. It was around this time that Mick Jelinic also loined Mort & at 9 years in, Mick is the longeest ever Serving Member in Mortification.
In 1995 the most successful CompilationAlbum I ever released was Northern Lights- Norwegian Metal Comilation. Of course from this Compilation Extol & Antestor went on to become major Bands in the world's Metal Scene. I would have loved to sign all 4 Bands on this Legendary Compilation, but Cancer stood in the way of me even presenting the Bands with a possible contract. In my humble opinion Groms are one of the finest Death Metal Bands to ever present Christian Music. Of course the main guy from Achaliach joined & strengthened the musical excellence of Extol.
Callous is an important inclusion here because it is one of Phil Gibson's many successful Band Projects. Phil was drumming in Mortification on pur Frantic 1994 Album Blood World. Phil also did a stellar drumming job on the studio Version of Time Crusaers that along with Beheadoth & Harbinger are the 3 songs representing the Very First Rowe Production release Godspeed- Australian Metal Compilation. Also released in 1994. I love great Punk Music & Why is exactly that. A Breath Of Fresh Air in the middle of this Best Of Rowe Productions Compilation.
Lightforce was the Band I had from 1986 to 1989. In 1987 Lightforce became a True Jesus Heavy Metal Band following the Bands Heavy Rock Demos of 1986 with a different lineup. Choose To Win was the first True Jesus Metal Song that I ever Recorded, being Track 1 on our 1987 Battlezone Album. This was back when I just played Bass & actually had some Killer Bass lines. HaHa! I love this song. Great memories here!!
Noiz Gate were a great Christian Thrash Band. I remember vividly playing at The Texas Rock Festival in 1996 & seeing Vocalist Juan Reyna for the second time. His face was Grey! I asked Juan what was wrong & he told me he had just been diagnosed with Leukaemia & had come to play his lasy show before he went home to die. With no Private Health Insurance in The US he could not receive any proper Medical Attention? Juan performed with all the flair I had witnessed the year before & I made sure I could get a Noiz Gate song to add to my 1997 Rowe Productions release- Maximum Frequency Overload- US Metal Compilation. In the September, I was of course diagnosed with Leukaemia & thus Massive Frequency Overload was dedicated to Juan. Now singing God's Praises In The Kingdom! I rembert being in hideous pain packing boxes of CD Paper Parts for this US Compilation Album & The first Lament Album to send to Diamante for pressing & distribution into The US Christian Bookstores. I went into that deadly Bone Marrow Transplant valley knowing that The Jesus Metal Mission God had given me was still going strong even though I was very close to dying.
Feank's Enemy were a very original sounding Death Metal Band. Toturer is also part of the Massive Frequency Overload- US Metal Compilation CD. In 1994 and 1996 Frank's Enemy did some killer support slots for us in Floria. Guitarist / Vocalist Julio Rey was of course the founding Member of one of my all time favourite Christian Bands The Lead!! Both Bands were very quirky & I still to this day regularly listen to those Classiv old Lead Albums. Full Tilt Thrash Harcore For Jesus!
Crimson Thorn I think are The Best Christian Death Metal Band Ever! Such tremendously nice & generous people also. We had some great & memorable shows with Crimson Thorn in '94, '96 & '01. Truly Brutal!!
Finally Wonrowe Vision. My Jesus Heavy Rock Band. Once again joined by my good friend Lincoln Bowen on Guitar & also Andrew Esnouf who is now officially also the new Mortification Drummer! Mortification and Wonrowe Vision will be performing constantly through the coming years and it is tremendous to be able to reach a different Underground Music Sub Culture with the Wonrowe Vision Indy Rock Tunes!! I am looking at back to back Mortification & Wonrowe Vision years, one from each Band every 2 years. Until I see you all again on Tour, enjoy The Jesus Metal & please join with me in the Infiltration Squad to Infiltrate the devil's stronghold as together we are Priests Of The Underground!!
